Changes, Cancellations and Refunds:

 

Check-in time is 2:00-8:00pm. A $50 surcharge applies to arrivals after 10:00pm. If you're going to be arriving later than 8:00pm, please reach out and let us know so we can make arrangements to greet you in person.

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. The policies below try to balance flexibility with the reality that it is very difficult to rebook short notice cancellations. Kindly keep in mind that we have been hard at work planning for the next season for over a year by the time opening day arrives. We have purchased equipment, invested in upgrades, hired contractors & staff, booked events and turned away requests based on reservations that are already in the system. Keep in mind that camping is an all season sport - we do not give refunds based on inclement weather, air quality or insects.

 

We encourage people to book and view your reservations self-serve through your account. If you are unable to keep your camping reservation, we encourage you to to assign your reservation to a different guest, which can be done at no charge. Due to software limitations, all other changes require the original reservation to be cancelled and rebooked manually at current rates, which also incurs the following cancellation fees. Refunds are given as a credit on account. Please call our office or send an email and we would be happy to help you.

 

60+ days notice = 65% credit toward a future purchase - service fee

22-59 days notice = 50% credit toward a future purchase - service fee

0-21 days notice and no-shows = no refund Service charges are not refundable

Camping is an all season sport and our tents are always dry. We do not give refunds based on inclement weather.
